Here we will show you how to clean your grill with easy steps to follow. It’s always good to keep up on your commercial appliance repair.

Cleaning a Gas Grill

Usually, gas grills can be cleaned out by burning off extra fallen food and grease and then rubbing everything else off the burners. But every 4 to 5 months you should be doing a deep clean on them because they contain a lot of different parts, that are usually tough to clean. Each piece needs to be taken out and cleaned correctly using dishwashing soap or another type of grill cleaner. Here are some steps for how to clean your grill.

Step #1

Open the lid and remove the grill grate and place in a large bucket full of hot steamy water, using dishwashing soap or another type of grill cleaner begin to scrub off hard fats and grime.

Step #2

Next begin cleaning the back burner grill using a scrubber, soap and hot water.

Step #3

Remove the diffuser plates from the grill and use a big metal spatula to scrape off any fats or grease and then use a scrubber to wash off the rest.

Step #4

Under the diffuser plates are your burners, it’s time to inspect them. The gas from your grill goes into the pipes and through the holes, make sure they are all open. You can not have any debris or dirt stuck inside of them.

Step #5

Use a large spatula to scrape off any food or dirt that is stuck on the insides of the grill. Remove the debris by pulling out the drawer and dumping extra food off into a garbage can.

Step #6

Wash off drawer using the same essential items; scrubber, soap, and water.

Step #7

Put everything back inside of the grill opposite of how you took it out. And you’re done!!
